HOW WE WORK

THE GRATEFUL KITCHEN specializes in natural foods and snacks, free of additives, preservatives, and factory processing. We are committed to working with organic foods and local farms. Many of our products are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. We change our menu weekly to ensure the freshest and finest quality products we can. We utilize recycled paperboard containers and compost our waste. Our goal is to get in your hands (and your mouth) the freshest handmade foods and snacks available, the way nature intended.

The Airstream is Ready!

A few changes are coming to The Grateful Kitchen. First off, we have completed work on our commercial kitchen. Yeah! The airstream trailer has been converted and is being approved by the state as we speak. We are so excited!

Secondly, the structure of The Grateful Kitchen has changed. Instead of coming to your house to cook, I will have a weekly menu that you can order off of online and have delivered to your home or office. Isn't that cool? All food preparation and baking for the week will be done on Sunday with a Monday delivery date. All products are guaranteed to have a shelf life of 4 days from the time they are delivered when properly stored. Menu items will change every week, the baked goods menu will remain the same.
Most of the items will be gluten-free, dairy-free, but some menu items will focus more on low-carb and low-fat diets to include others who are also trying to get healthier.

As always here at The Grateful Kitchen, no additives, no preservatives, no JUNK! Just good food, pure and simple. I look forward to seeing you soon.
